WHAT WE DO

We make commitments to invest both our human capital and financial capital in businesses in a variety of ways. Our goal is to help give back to others based on past experiences that our team has had. We do that through investing in companies in different ways. It is accomplished through financial investments, time, advisory and board work, select speaking engagements to engage the team, and coaching and mentoring through our trained team of executive talent.

INVESTMENT PROFILE

We make commitments to investment firms to co-invest in select transactions when the terms and valuation align with our goals. We participate as an LP where we add value and participate in the investment as well as do board and advisory work with the expectation to invest in current and subsequent funds.

Our desire is to co-invest in select companies where our experiences are a value add to the management team. We want to invest alongside a Tier 1 lead.

GB2O can price and lead direct investments as advisor and investor. We primarily focus on consumer products, services, and technology businesses.

GB2O is a privately held investment and advisory business.

We are entrepenuers at heart and love to give back to others through helping invest our capital and human capital.

 

We rely on cash flow generated by our portfolio businesses, exits, and advisory and board work to fund new investments.

We do advisory and board work, invest in venture backed and small to medium businesses, and acquire businesses where our teams skill sets can best fit.

The inspiration and idea of GB2O came from our experiences and successes in growing and turning around businesses of all kinds. It allowed us to build the financial freedom to be able to make our own choices in life and be able to take those experiences and help by sharing our knowledge and investing in others. This will hopefully allow them to achieve the same freedom in life we have.

We strive for excellence in all that we do. We place some of the highest value on integrity, morals, positive attitude, willingness to learn, courage, and work ethic. We can help with so many of the skills, but with the intangibles, we can teach anything.
